Furnished accommodation in the Royal Docks, let by the month

For relocations, contractors, project teams, NHS placements, Excel exhibitors and families visiting for an extended stay. Minimum 30 nights, rates banded by length of stay.

A month in a hotel is expensive, cramped and impossible to cook in. A standard tenancy locks you into twelve. Corporate short letting sits between the two: a whole furnished property, taken by the month, with the flexibility a work placement or a relocation actually needs.

Our accommodation is in the Royal Docks area of London E16, a six-minute walk from Custom House on the Elizabeth line and the DLR. Canary Wharf is one stop; Excel London is a sixteen-minute walk; London City Airport is a five-minute drive. For anyone working in the docklands, exhibiting at Excel or moving into London for a fixed period, the location does most of the work.

Rates are banded by length of stay and published on the listing rather than quoted on request. Longer bookings cost less per month, and we invoice monthly for corporate clients.

Who it suits

Built for stays measured in months, not nights

  • Relocations

Somewhere settled to live while you find somewhere permanent, without committing to a twelve-month tenancy in an area you do not know yet.

  • Contractors & project teams

Space for a team to stay together, with a kitchen and living area rather than separate hotel rooms and a per-diem food bill.

  • Excel London & business travel

A sixteen-minute walk to Excel and one Elizabeth line stop from Canary Wharf, for exhibition runs and extended business trips.

  • Family & extended visits

Three bedrooms and the whole property privately, which works for families visiting for weeks rather than days.

How booking works

From enquiry to keys

  1. Tell us the dates

Send us your arrival date, roughly how long you need and how many people are staying. Length of stay determines which rate band applies, so it is the first thing we need.

  2. We confirm rate and availability

We come back with a firm monthly rate within the published guide band and confirm the property is free for your dates.

  3. Paperwork and deposit

We issue the agreement and take a security deposit. Corporate bookings can be invoiced monthly rather than paid up front.

  4. Arrival

We arrange check-in and hand over the keys. You have the entire property, with no shared spaces.
