Nelson London Ventures Ltd, trading as NLV Estate. We let, manage and sell property in east London, and we would rather do a small number of instructions properly than a large number badly.

We work in east London. Our current portfolio is corporate and short-let accommodation in the Royal Docks area of E16, and alongside that we take sales, lettings, management and commercial instructions more widely across the east of the city.
We would rather be straight with you about what we have than pad out a website. If a section of this site says there is nothing available, that is because there is nothing available - not because it has not been updated. When we take on new instructions they appear here, and until then we are not going to pretend otherwise.

Honest advice, always
We tell you what you need to hear rather than what wins the instruction. We will not overvalue a property to get it on our books, and we will say so when a deal is not worth doing.
Publish what we can substantiate
You will not find invented statistics, borrowed photographs or testimonials from people who do not exist on this site. If we cannot stand behind a number, we do not print it.
One point of contact
You deal with the same person from first conversation to completion or check-in. Nobody gets passed around, and nobody has to explain their situation twice.
Clear on fees
Our fees are published, and we explain every charge before you commit to anything. No conditional deductions, no surprises at the end.

Every instruction starts with a conversation about what you are actually trying to achieve and by when, before anybody gives advice.
Advise from evidence
Valuations and recommendations come from current market data and recent comparable transactions, not from what we think you want to hear.
Execute carefully
Proper photography, accurate particulars, accompanied viewings and negotiation handled with attention rather than volume.
See it through
We stay involved through the legal process, chase the parties who need chasing, and keep you informed until it is done.
